Drop off daycare?

My mom and I would like to have a few hours to ourselves at the park and although dad is coming with us, due to his medical condition I can't leave the girls alone with him. We are staying off site but are looking for a drop off daycare that is Magical so they don't feel left out. My girls are 4,5 and 1,5. Any suggestions? I don't want a nanny because I want them to play with other kids.

I think that your best bet might be to hire a babysitter. There is childcare at the GCH, but you have to be a hotel guest in order to use their services and I don't think that they will take children who are not potty trained.

I have not used any babysitting services in the area, but others on these boards have. Hoping that one of them will reply with a good recommendation!

Correct, you have to be a guest and the min age is 5.

OP your only option is to hire a in room sitter, which looks like that's not what you are looking for.

Try doing an online search with daycare and the zip code for DL, maybe you'll find a center that is close and accepts drop-in care?

I was in DL April of 2012 and I hired Destination Sitters to come to our hotel one night so my husband and I could ride the 'big rides'. My DD was 5 and my DS was 3. I was VERY HAPPY with this service. Every one of their sitters seemed better qualified to watch my kids than me! LOL. (CPR, multi-lingual, background checked, drug screened, etc.) Most of their sitters were college students. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. My kids had a blast too. The sitter came with a whole suitcase full of things- instruments, face paint, etc. She texted me and sent me little videos of what they were up to throughout the night as well.
Well worth the money!
