WHAT options do you have once you bought the droids and lightsabers? Carry them around all day long?

You could rent a locker for the droid, opt to have the items shipped back to your home or take a break and return to your resort or car. Otherwise, you’ll have to pack them around all day.

Droids can go on all attractions. Light sabres can go on all but RnRC.

We purposely set our appointment times late in the day. For the droids, we did the last appointment, then left the park. For the light sabers, we did an appointment right before dinner. Then, it was dark and we were able to take pictures. We even found a Disney Photopass photographer and got some great pictures of the kids!

There's a place right around the corner from the lightsaber experience that will arrange shipment home for you. Not free, but easy and painless.

You should be able to ship home from any major gift shop location. In Galaxy's Edge you can do so from Dok-Ondar's, Droid Depot, or First Order Cargo. The lightsaber building experience will not do it directly from there, but you can take it to any of those locations or other gift shops in Hollywood Studios. It is easy and reasonable.

I shipped mine from Disneyland from First Order Cargo. They charge based on the total cost of the items and had a faster/more expensive option and a slower/cheaper option. It was nice to not have to carry around the cumbersome saber, but lots of people do it.

When my kids did them 3 years ago, I bought clear back-packs for each of them to put them in. We ditched the boxes that they put them in after you make them. It was cool because then the clear back pack allowed them to still interact with some of the features in Star Wars land. This also kept them shielded from some of the rain. This still means you would carry them---but it does make it much easier.
