Droid Depot reservation need to be done at 60 days?

The title says it all. Going with grandson in March and SIL wants to build a droid with him. Is this something we have to reserve right at 60 days?

I wouldn't think so. While it's reasonably popular, I think the price keeps too many people from partaking. I have even seen where they are taking walk-ups at times. Still, if you're sure that you want to do it, it won't hurt to make the reservation.

Thanks. My son-in-law is very planning-averse, so I am trying to pin DD down on which day for HS and the droid reservation.

Droids are usually open for walk-ins unless there's a new version or part announced for when you visit (which I haven't heard coming). Lightsabers are typically completely different (though the price increase may make them easier now).

His looks like R2-D2 and DH and DD built another R one that is mostly black. I'm not up to date on my Star Wars stuff, but it is nice to have the 2 and they can play together.

They have R-Series and BB-series (the kind with the ball for a body). They also have some different personality chips, so they may react differently to each other.
