Driving to HDD from the CBR?

Can anyone tell me how long it should take us to drive from the CBR to HDDR? We have a 5:00 show booked, but the cm said to be there by 4:00. Is this a good idea?

The actual driving time from CBR to the FW Outpost area should be no more than 10 minutes. You will need to take a bus from the Outpost area to Pioneer Hall, you cannot drive directly to Pioneer Hall. Allow an additional 15-20 minutes for the bus.

Take a right out of CBR. At the second traffic light take a left onto Bonnet Creek Pkwy, proceed 1.5 miles to Vista Blvd (you will drive past POFQ & POR and the entrance to Golden Oak will be directly in front of you). Take a left at the light onto Vista Blvd, the entrance to FW will be approx .6 mile on the right.
Park your car and walk to the bus stop, take internal bus to Pioneer Hall.
