Asking for a friend...

Would you recommend driving to Blizzard Beach (they are staying at All Star Sports) rather than using the WDW buses? Also, is there a parking fee, if you are a WDW resort guest at the waterparks or the other 4 parks?

No parking fees at the water parks. Blizzard Beach is just down the road from the AS resorts, if I remember correctly. We have driven there from ASMu to play mini golf at W/S, and it was only a few minutes, no turns or anything.

Driving would mean no wait at Sports or BB for a bus.:)

The drive from Sports to BB is literally less than 5 minutes.:)

I like to drive to the water parks because the parking lot isn't too bad and I *hate* riding those freezing cold Disney buses with wet hair/shorts/etc. But we are usually far away at Wilderness Lodge.

Yes, drive. They can park and walk to the gate with no risk of long waits for buses and not be subject to the cold buses if they are still a little wet. They can easily carry any extra items in the car if they are interested in taking an ice chest or any other items.

Practically neighbors so only a couple minutes vs waiting for buses. No charge for anyone to park at the water parks.

But I always drive to water parks. We always take a small cooler of drinks, towels and small beach bag and I do not like being on buses in beach wear. And if anyone is still damp coming back that is some cold A/C. :)

Parking is free for everyone at BB & TL.

Parking at the main parks is free if you're staying onsite :)
