Driving time from DL to Burbank?

We need to check in at Warner Bros for our tour at 10:20. Any ideas when to leave our hotel at DL to take traffic into account?

My limited experience is that Anaheim to Burbank can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours. I have not tried it in the morning though. To play it safe I would probably allow 2 hours - LA traffic, you just don't know.
