We leave Friday for a week at WDW. We are planning on taking the I81, I77, I26, I95 route this time for a change instead of I81, I66, I95. We plan on driving through the night to arrive in Daytona about 8:00 AM on Saturday. I have been told that it is a 'nicer' drive than the long stretch of I95. I have also been told that there are not as many gas/food/lodging exits along I77 as there are along I95. Can anyone offer suggestions as to exits along I77 that have 24 hour gas stations and convenience stores close to the interstate. I really don't want to be looking for an open gas station in the middle of the night if at all possible.

Thanks
John

For what it's worth:

Stop in VA or SC, rather than NC, as the gas prices are cheaper.
If you have to stop in NC on I-77, avoid Statesville, as there really aren't very easy on/offs there, despite the size of the city.
Best bet for 24 hour/close to the highway will be in the Mooresville, NC area (exit 36 I think, but check the signs), and there is a decent exit 1 mile into SC, at Rock Hill.
Sorry I can't be of more help, but we don't have to stop for gas before we get on I-95. (Yes, we take the same route I77-I26-I95-I4).
