I was too tired to post this at 2 am, but I-75 is closed Southbound in Cincinnati due to a bridge collapse at Exit 4 (Hopple St) of the city. They expect the closure to last at least a few days. The suggested routes to avoid this area are I-71, I-275, I-74.

These detours are going to be extra busy for the next few days as there are many people that used I-75 from the suburbs that took I-75 S into the city every day. I would suggest to avoid Cincinnati from 6 am - 9 am, possible 10 am, and from 3 pm - 6:30 pm over the next few days.

If you are traveling over the next week, I would double check to see the closing issues.

For through travelers on I-75 southbound, I'd take I-275 north of Cincy over to I-71 and I-71 will link back up with I-75 in northern Kentucky. For northbound I-75, stay in the rightmost lane on the Cincinnati bridge, which puts you on I-71. Take that up to I-275 and back over to I-75.

I thought 75 northbound was open. Is it not?

My mistake - the northbound lanes were not affected. As LadyBeBop pointed out, though, they've cleared it and reopened the southbound lanes, and that was at least a day quicker than it was estimated it might take.
