My flight doesn't get in until late, so my resort's food court will be closed. Is there anthing nearby that is open late, where I can just drive through? I know I'm not going to want to go into Disney Springs or anything like that after traveling all day. I appreciate your help!

Depending on how you normally drive to WDW from the airport - if you take 417 (the south exit) and get off on John Young Parkway South, there is a McDonalds that is open until 1:00am and a BK that is open until midnight. There are likely more options as it has expanded greatly since I lived there. It’s called Hunter’s Creek - that’s the area south of 417 there, but it was new then and much smaller when I lived there. I still stop there to go to CVS to grab sunscreen and such, but that’s during the day. I have stopped there, next to the BK to gas up before a 6am flight and felt safe, but I will be honest in that I haven’t driven in that area late at night in recent years so can’t speak to safety in the evenings. I still had friends who lived there until about two years ago, and they never said anything poor about the area besides the increase in population and traffic.

There’s a McDonald’s on Osceola Pkwy, near the All Stars, AK and Blizzard Beach. It’s open until 1 AM on Friday and Saturday, and until midnight on other nights of the week. It has a drive-through also.

The address is 1596 W Buena Vista Dr, Kissimmee, FL 32830, if you want to map it.

Wawa has good sandwiches and other convenience store food and will be open late. There are also Waffle House, Danny's, and IHOP on 535 near Disney Springs.

Wawa is way above average for gas station food, including Buc-ee's & Sheetz (in our opinion). Stay away from the burgers. They're terrible.
Wow, those other two have good reputations. I was briefly in a Sheetz didn't really look, was shocked by the food in Buc-ees but only bought peanut brittle.

I was very surprised that Wawa CATERS!!!

DH travels for work,. We're often traveling from one job site to the next, so we've eaten in all three several times. To us, Wawa is the best, excluding the burgers.

And I noticed WaWa actually has real window washer fluid next to to the gas pump instead of gross black stinky water in the bucket at other gas stops . WaWa is very popular for their sandwiches apparently.
Buy a lottery ticket You might get lucky ! Haha

A new 7- Eleven opened 2 years ago at the Terminal C exit . Maybe that will offer basic food for the journey.
Stay safe

The heck is a sub sandwich? I went to Wawa tonight to get a turkey hoagie 😄

But yeah, Wawa's burgers are awful.

Hoagies, sandwiches, salad, fruit, chips, drinks. Frozen coffees, smoothies. There's so much stuff. And most of them are open 24/7.

"Wawa" is based of the Ojibwe word "wewe" for "snow goose,"
