Drive or use ART?

We'll be in the parks the Monday before Easter. We always stay at the PVI and walk, but prices were crazy that week, so we got an AMAZING deal on Priceline for the Marriott Anaheim Suites. A friend who stayed there said it's really easy to drive and park at Mickey & Friends, but I'm wondering why we wouldn't just take the ART- which will be $10 for our family for the day vs $15 for parking. Thoughts?

We stayed at that hotel a few years ago & used ART. The only drawbacks are that the hotel is one of the last stops on the route. You need to be at the front of the line when boarding the shuttle at the hotel because the bus will most likely be almost full and therefore, most people waiting in line would have to wait for the next shuttle. Also, you are the last to be dropped off after a long day at the park, so the ride could be 30 minutes or more. The hotel was great place to stay, but for $5 more a day, I might opt to drive and save lots of time. Have fun!

It's probably not your choice at this point. What sucks is you have to pay to park at the hotel I think it's $8 per day at that location, then have to pay to park again if you drive.

You might consider the extra $5 cost, vs a half hour lost every time you go to the hotel on ART. Mainly because ART won't always be waiting for you to hop on.

As the alternative, don't go to the M&F garage, your friend probably didn't know this, go to the Toy Story Parking lot. The TS lot is on your right before at a stop light before you get to Katella. The shuttles always load quick and go from TS to the gates. This way you will likely beat ART everytime.

If the parking cost seems highat $15 per day, is an AP a viable solution?

We are staying at this hotel next month. It is my understanding that they aren't using ART but some other service. I can't remember the exact name though. I don't know if that will change wait times or not.
