My DH and I are driving to WDW in 2 weeks
. It has been a really long time since we have done this as we usually fly but we will be there for 2 weeks so we are driving. My question is to anybody who has driven from NJ to WDW. We are trying to decide which is the better route. Taking the Delaware Memorial Bridge and the typical I95 route or take the Cape May Ferry and do that alternate route.
I'm not even sure what we do once we are off of the ferry but that shouldn't be too hard to figure out. I'm sure our GPS will take us where we need to go. Any suggestions?

You wouldn't get to DC at all if you took the ferry and the Eastern shore route, and certainly wouldn't be able to hit any rush hour anyways(unless you are thinking of taking the 2:30 pm ferry?) Being that it is the winter, there are only 4 crossings daily, which make the ferry option not good if you want to go in a straight shot.
