Drinks at the desert party?

At the desert party i know it is possible to buy a drink package, is this possible for an intamate. Or is it possible to buy other drinks other than champagne.

It is possible to buy a alcholic drink package, but keep in mind that a bartender is required, and if you don't meet the $500 minimum, there is a $100 bartender fee.

Maybe if you offered some type of pre-mixed punch you could work around the bartender requirement? I wonder if you do wine or beer? We didn't have any alcohol, either for the wedding or any of our dessert parties since, so I'm not sure.

Sam they do a Cordial package which includes Baileys, Tia Maria, Port etc and I don't think you need to pay for a barman for that service.

Well we had our Party at the UK Pavilion and for all those that wanted beer - they just popped out to the stand by the pub (it was under refurb at the time) and got their lager/beer from there and brought it back into the UK lower Terrace. That way this saved us money - it had already been a long day for most and so I think everyone was sticking to lemonade and coffee. I think only a couple of our guests went and got beer.

So Sam are you gonna book a Private Illuminations Dessert Party then direct with EPCOT ?

How many guests do you have going ?

We are going to have a desert party, its probally going to be at the japan terrace, janice at epcot says this would ideal for a party or 10. but if we want to change to somewhere else we would have to pay for the min. 20 people at say the italy wing. we might possibly do this. Our family are quite big drinkers, so drinks would be needed
I thought about going out to buy drinks, but i did think there would be a problem, as disney are so strict in what you can and cant do.
