Do they still have a special time where drinks are discounted??? Is it at every citywalk restaraunt? What is the time frame??

"Happy Hour" is, I believe, still from 3-7 at the Citywalk establishments. It is most every restaurant, aside from Emerils , if not every other. I haven't hit NBA City or Hardrock Cafe, so I can't say for sure over there.
At Nascar Cafe, the domestic draft beers are $2.00 at all times, which is nice...

Thanks so much. We heard something about it last time we were there but didn't know exactly what it was so we missed it. Is there a discount on all drinks??

At USF, happy hour ends earlier at 5pm for the Irish bar across from Kong (Mummy). It's a small trick by making you think happy hour runs till 7pm, then you visit the bars in the parks, and find it ended at 5pm, but you're already there, so you pay full price for a drink. If you're in the park, ask if happy hour has ended at each bar you visit.
