When do you drink most of your water? I have been drinking 32oz first thing in the morning, another 16 - 20 oz at work (9am-12:00pm), and then the rest (another 8 oz) in the afternoon.
I am wondering if I should space it out more over the whole day. I started this so I wouldn't be up every half hour running to the bathroom during the night. Now I am thinking it might be better - losing weight wise - if I spread it out over the whole day.
Any thoughts?

) that water is supposed to be water. Not juice, not soda, not milk, etc. Hell, I could live on Diet Coke (I'd even brush my teeth with it if it came out of the faucet!) I love the stuff - but water is what cleans out your system and hydrates you. </font></p><p><font face="Comic Sans MS" color="#006699">I drink a diet coke in the morning and then space out my water during the course of the day. It is a challenge sometimes to finish it all! I feel like I'm floating away!
