Just an FYI, the drinking age & consent is set by the cruise line. Norwegian has a consent option for 18-20 yros to be able to purchase & be served wine & beer on their ships. We consented for both our sons closed loop out of Miami. I'm not sure how the laws of the land interact with laws where ships are flagged as well as the international waters argument.

. ( she was in DARE in 5th grade here in the USA, and she Really took it to heart) she turns 21 two weeks after our European cruise is over. This Christmas here in the US she asked me if I'd take her out for "A" drink for her birthday... got to love that kid. But getting a drink on the Magic sounds like the perfect thing ! She won't like it and then it will be mine ;-)
