Drink Refills at ALL dining locations?

If you order a soft drink (eg Coke, etc) do you have to pay per glass, or do you get refills when eating dinner in Disney resort or park restaurants

Soft drink refills at Disney World table service restaurants are free.

Counter service restaurants, however, do not provide free beverage refills.

Just a FYI - when we ate at Teppen Edo, my DH first ordered the Green Tea (it's a softdrink w/ free refills) and decided he didn't much care for it and wanted to get a refill w/ Coke instead of Green Tea, they wouldn't let him and would have charged him for another drink.

The only one I know that has refills is Electric Umbrella. Their soda machine is next to the condiment bar now and you get your own drinks.

There is also a soda machine at the backlot in DHS.
