drink on a bottle of wine all week

Can you buy a bottle of wine at the restrurants and then drink a couple of glasses each night until gone? Don't think I'll be drinking a bottle a night and think this might be cheaper than bringing my own....

Yes, your server will take care of your bottle of wine and take it to each restaurant until it is gone.

We did this. Each evening our server brought out the wine without ever being reminded.

We did this on the 4-night and went to Palo on night 3 - the bottle was there at Palo waiting for us. We had mentioned to our servers the night before that we would not be at PC but had not thought about the wine - our servers obviously did!

It works the other way too.

On our last 7-night we at at Palo on our first night. The waiter convinced me to buy an expensive bottle of wine by explaining that we could finish it over the rest of the cruise. We did have to remind our regular servers the next night, but it was no problem.

I believe they have a racks for each dining rotation where they keep the wine, tagged with your table number, and move them from dining room to dining room with you.

Maybe I just pour big glasses but I find a bottle holds about 5 servings of wine. If there are 2 of your drinking i would imagine it would last 3 days max. I think it is great they are willing to do this for guests as a bottle at dinner is often just too much for two people but depending on how long your cruise is you might end up having to buy it by the glass for the last night (no biggie really). Thanks for the info though, I think we would like to do this on our cruise too.
