I am going to plan a meeting at Epcot for myself and several people I work with. We want to go during the Food and Wine Festival and I was thinking of November 6th because it's value season. (I haven't been since 2001 and am dying to go).

The question I have is does anyone know if there is anything big going on that weekend to cause it to be extra busy? And, will we lose anything by going to the Food and Wine Festival towards the end of it? I'm telling you I just can't wait I think it's going to be so much fun. Everyone is making their own travel and hotel arrangements and we're just going to meet at Mexico and drink and eat our way to Canada. I'm really hoping I can swing the Beach Club for my husband and myself.

I know you all have some info for me cause you're so smart. Thanks in advance and have a nice day.

The F&W festival will make it busy. But it is worth going to. Be warned though. Once my wife and I went, we had to go back every year untill DS started school. Now we talk of going back asap.
I dont think you will miss anything by going toward the end.
We also ate and drank around the world. We tried alot of foods new to us. It was great since it was cheap if we didnt like it we tossed it and tried the next booth. Most of it we liked though.:wave2:

If I'm right, that's when New Jersey has it's NJEA conventions and many from that state flock to WDW since the kids are out of school. Maybe someone else can fill in the blanks as I've never been at that time!!! :teeth:
