I had a friend make a pair of Stanley overalls too. Stanley really loved them!!! He had to show her off to the cast members around him.

Littleprissboutique: Please let us all know your seller's name on ebay. I would LOVE some of your stuff for my kids for the holidays. Everything you have shown is so unique and cute. Thanks for posting the pics. Your daughter is such a cute model for your work. :goodvibes

Hi guys, I am so sorry I have not posted my new stuff pics yet. I promise I will get to it. I am so busy...LOL I have to take my Serger to be fixed today, which delays my custom orders... EEEKKKK. My seller id on ebay use to be littleprissboutique, but I changed it to madison*park*designs ( named after my little princess ) I figured I needed a new name since my dd was the reason for me sewing. Her middle name is Madison. Anyway, I dont have anything listed right now, and my ME page is down. My IT guy is updating it for me, and waiting for those pics that I can seem to get right now... So, since the old Serger is down I will work on those pics. I will post in the next few days. Pretty much, If you can dream it I can sew it. I LOVE fabric, and sewing...LOL I know, I sound like a big geek.... :rotfl: But, sewing is escape from the stress of life :goodvibes

Will be post in a few days!!!!

Hugs and Pixie Dust to all :wizard:

Oh guys here is a couple of other things I have just done. I know this is a Disney Board, but a lot of us go to US. Here are some outfits I have made for Universal. Kaylee was not in the best mood when we did these pics... It was 98 with a HI of 102 the day we did them. We live in TN so the Humidity is always high too...

Care Bear Set??? I had one lady want one for US??

I really like this thread... gives me new ideas on some cute outfit... keep them coming... :cool1:

I'm wondering if the overalls are more for the winter months in Florida. Our trip is in September and I'm afraid that my 3 year old will just be too hot in overalls. Any opinions?

It is still pretty hot here in September. I think overall will be a bit too much. Unless, you use short overalls and then put a light shirt or tank top under it.

My trip was in the first week of Dec and I was glad to have the long pant suit, but still there were warm days so I was able to put on the little dresses too... all my suits were in cotton and in the evening I needed some light jackets and socks.... I'm going in Jan 07 this time, so I'm getting cute out-fits with 3/4 pants... my mom is making them now, very awesome... I'll post pics when they are done...

I'm so crazy about this stuff that I had a purple gingham backwrap dress ($50) made by Susie's read to smock (www.readytosmock.com) and bought an adorable mermaid smocking plate, just so we could have an "ariel" outfit -- there are smocking plates out there that look like cinderella, snow white & ariel. You can also buy inserts already smocked with the princesses on ebay and then take to a local seamstress or sew an outfit yourself. After your trip, you can sell for a small forturne on ebay!
In fact, you might as well buy an overpriced outfit on ebay and then just plan to sell -- used goes for as much as new with these disney outfits! Tell DH you are INVESTING!

Ahh the good old days when the kids actually allowed me to pick out their clothes. Nowdays my kids pack themselves and would totally freak if I attempted to "dress" them.

Right now I'm happy if they just wear something that doesn't offend anyone else or make DD look like a teenage streetwalker.

Enjoy these precious cute clothing moments, because all too soon they will be over!

I love all the custom stuff I've seen on this thread! However, my ds1 would probably look RIDICULOUS in it...I don't know how to explain it...it's just SOOOOOOOOOO not his personality. Does that make sense? :confused3 He is a very rough-and-tumble, seems-older-than-he-is little boy. I can't even dress him in "baby boy" styles of clothing. It just doesn't look right. I'm totally comfortable with boys wearing boutique stuff, but I don't believe it suits him. He never looks "polished"...he's always dirty, sweaty, disheveled, and smiling! He gets it from me. Dh is a catalog-dresser and I am a sweatpants and tees kinda gal. :rotfl: I DID have a friend make us matching tie-dyed Mickey Mouse shirts for his first trip, and got some cute pics of him wearing that. I'd love to post and I'll try to have a friend help me do that in a minute. That's about as cutesy as it gets for him, though. Wah!

LOL! I will enjoy what may be my last trip with "cute" children -- DD (4) already favors her Jasmine costume -- bare midrif/slinky pants -- I know I'm going to be in for it! :rotfl2:

It will be HOT when we go. So most of the really cute stuff won't work. Last year, my kids dressed in cute Gymboree clothing (my prior addiction). This year, they still have so many that i cannot justify buying more. But I did make matching shirts for them to wear. And got some other ones at Gabriel Brothers. Here are the ones I made...

I LOVE these shirts!!! Do you do this with a bleach pen? On a solid shirt?

For the one who just asked about the tye-dye shirts. HTH! :goodvibes

Thank you! But these don't look tie die to me---they look like reverse tie die where you take a solid colored shirt and use bleach instead? That's what I was double checking.
