Arts and Crafts Dress for Belle?

What do you think of turning this into a dress for Bell?



I can't find anything else. I was thinking of stitching yellow ribbons at the waistline so they hang down in U shapes like the dress. And maybe even tacking the center of those down with little ribbon roses.

That's a good idea. I was debating on the size. She's between sizes right now but if I get the larger size, I will be able to do that.
