Might be a silly question but..here goes. Do any of the park restaurants have dress codes? We are planning on going to dinner while in the different parks.

Just make sure you have a shirt on! :flower:
That's just about it for the parks. I can't believe how many bikini tops I saw in the parks in June!

At the resorts, I think it's a case of discretion. I know my DH makes sure he's not wearing a tank top, but I think that's just to be respectful rather than something the CM's will enforce. Even *I* don't want to look at his hairy arms over dinner! :rotfl:

Victoria and Alberts DOES have a jacket code.

most people are not grungy ( nicer shorts or pants, pull over shirts )but pretty neat(I've never seen any of the type you see in other amusement parks, like bikini type apparel but then we usually go in Dec or Jan) in the parks so that holds true in the dining places also...I think there is a dress code for victoria and alberts but not any of the park places I know of

Shorts and T's and tennis shoes are fine. Only theme park restaurant I am aware of that MIGHT have a different code is Bistro D' Paris in Epcot.

Some of the nicer places are now implementing a business casual dress code. From what I remember, this doesn't allow t-shirts and most shorts. California Grill and Yachtmans Steakhouse are a couple of the places I remember that are implementing this.

Other than V&A, those "codes" are merely suggestions on how they would PREFER you dress. They aren't rules and are not enforced. Shorts and T's and jeans will still get you in places like California Grill, Yachtsman, etc.
The only true prohibitions are swimsuits and tank tops on men. And even the tank top thing isn't always enforced.

Bistro has a dress code and turns people away. A former coworker and her DH were turned away wearing shorts and t-shirts. It was done discretely and they were told that a table would be waiting if they wanted to change and return.

Another poster on these boards was also turned away for not being dressed in resort casual at Bistro.
