Dress code for Palm restaurant

Going to the Palm Restaurant for dinner to celebrate DH's 40th birthday. We plan on going to Citywalk after dinner. Should we dress "business casual" or would dressy shorts be OK?

Also, does anyone know if the HRH has entertainment on Saturday evenings?

I'd say DH deserves at least business casual.

Dress code is pretty lax, but they might draw the line at shorts.
