I had the same thing happen to me. When I used them a few years ago, all was fine with emails, etc. But this year I heard nothing from them and finally had to email them. They had sent emails, but I had not received them; we think my internet service provider (local cable company) was not letting them through. The Dreams agent finally emailed me using his personal email address and then it worked. However, it was so difficult to contact them that I made the rest of my arrangements myself.
