I was trying to get a quote for an upcoming holiday trip, but it wouldn't let me pick a departure date in 2004 (Jan. 2). Does DU only give quotes for the current year? Thanks!

When we used DU last year I was able to get a quote & actually made my reservations a year in advance. They did initially tell me that the quote they were giving me was subject to change due to the probable yearly increase in WDW prices. The prices did go up, but DU was ultimately able to get me a price of about $1000 cheaper than my original (yr. in advance) quote by using codes & special promotions. Anyway, to answer your question, they did give me a quote a year in advance last year.

If you are requesting a package reservation for 2004, Disney has not yet released packages for 2004 for booking. They usually begin to offer those in September or October. Dreams Unlimited Travel can book a room-only reservation for 2004, but the rate will not be guaranteed.

You can make a room only reservation with the rates to be adjusted for price changes or discount codes. Just choose Dec 31 as your dates, then note your actual dates in the section for special request or something like that. (It's a large comment box near the bottom.)
