How long does it take for DU to get back with a quote? I entered in a specific travel agent and maybe that is the delay? Does Kelsey still work there? Or maybe I'm just too impatient!

Kelsey does still work there! I just received my quote from her last "night" - i'm in the uk - and it took about 24 hours for it. HTH!

(I know its hard to be patient though!!!!)

My qoute took about 8 hours.

Its odd though, I am still on the fence. My DU TA told me there were no other rooms available in my catagory on other floors. When I check Expedia, etc it is showing several rooms on floors 6 and 7 available and only 1 on floor 5.

Availability changes all the time, so if you see the cabin you want, let your agent know right away.

when did you request the quote? curious to see what kind of time frame it takes.

I have been in touch with Kelsie over the last several days on a change for our WDW part of our trip so I know she is working. When I did our initial quote for a cruise and I did not name a specific TA I got a quote back within 8 hours. If you don't get a response soon, I think you can contact John for help.

I will do that, I am not sure what I want. I like the idea of being on deck 5 on Dream but not sure I want to be over the nightclub. LOL, I need to make up my mind! I do like the idea that the floor should be pretty quiet by us, its just whats under us.
