Hi, I have got a quote from them and it is the cheapest by about £200, however before I book I was wondering what are peoples experience with them.

Also do you pay the balance on arrival? how does this work?

For final payment it depends on whether you have booked room only or a package.

We have always paid the balance on arrival, just paid for one night as a depoist , this has always been room only
as for the cruise I had to paid $200 per person depoist on booking and the remainer has to be paid next month at the 75 days mark

I have found them great , they are great at booking all your tours and dining or golf
just double check with them before you go that everything is in order
they will do a day by day plan for you as well which can be printed out before you go

Hi guys,

As you have experience of Dreams could you give me some info? I'd sent a request in last week for sept 07, since then plans have changed (as they always seem to do!) and I've corresponded with my dreams agent, Marla, through these boards with my new requirements.

However, today I received an email about the original booking, my deadline date is today, so do I ignore the email and they'll release my reservation, or do I need to contact them? I don't want them to think I'm messing them about.
