We are using DUT for a WDW trip next week and a Magic Cruise next May. Our agent for next week, Beth Czada, has been more than helpful. She has responded to all our e-mails very quickly from day one and we couldn't be more pleased. Same thing with our agent for the cruise. We will certainly use them again in the future. Not only have they been great on the administrative front, they've been the cheapest quote too.
Beth is going to be gone next week to Disneyland and then on the repositioning cruise for 14 days. She gave us heads up a while ago, sent a couple reminders that she'd be gone, plus has left contact numbers/emails for other agents in case we need any last minute advice, need to make changes in our itinerary, etc.

My agent on there had undergone surgery recently and the agent who replaced her,Marla has yet to email me back.

I guess we were lucky...we are leaving Sunday (8/21) and got our tags 7/9/05.

We are huge Sue Ellen fans. We are using her for the second time and will never book on our own again.

I've always had Carol Annette, and she's been great!

I'm guessing your problems are due to some kind of computer malfunction they're having- I've submitted two requests for a quote this week and never got that auto-confirmation "we got your request, we'll get you info soon" type of e-mail, so I'm guessing they're having web issues.

For those of you taht have used DU in the last few months, how long did you wait to receive your ME tags. I keep reading on the boards of others receiving theirs for trips in mid to late September; I'm 13 days out and haven't received them yet; Sue Ellen is out till Friday and I hate to bother her fill in.

The DME tags do not come from Dreams -- they are issued by Disney, and will be delivered to your home directly from them. Usually a couple of weeks before you travel, but depending on when you signed up for DME, it could be closer to your trip than that.

I've had a great experience with SueEllen, and my ME tags came in wrong, I let her know and they said they would try to send new ones out but couldn't guarantee I would get them, we leave on Saturday, but I got my new ME tags on Monday, so I am a very happy camper, now if I can only get my root canal to get better by Saturday.

Another vote for DUT, came to them after a horrible experience with Small World Travel. Merrie has worked with us and she's been great. I think overall, DUT agents do respond in a timely manner.

Yet another vote for DUT! This is our first time using them and Merrie has been wonderful. She's responded to all of my emails in a timely manner and even lets us know when she's going to be out of the office for a few days. I'll definitely use them again!

We used DU last year and our agent Penny was fabulous! We used her again this year....She is great. I will never go to anyone else now.

We used Rhonda (HI, Rhonda!!) for our upcoming trip. She is just great. Answered all my crazy questions very fast and got me all the ADR's I requested (even PSB). I am not using DME, but I did receive my package from them yesterday. Yeah!!

Sue Ellen was our DU TA for our last trip and she is also planning our December trip. She is wonderful! I will stick with DU for our future trips as well!

I got my ME tags about 8 days away from our trip and the envelope said Dreams Unlimited...Address in NJ? Ann Barr was my agent and did great!

Rhonda at DU has three trips going for me right now. She's been terrific!
