This might not be the appropriate place to post this, but I have been using Dreams Unlimited Travel to help me with my vacation. My agent (Merrie) has been amazing with booking my hotel (Pop Century), making my dining reservations with DDP, and creating an itinerary. It got me thinking...does someone pay them? Unless I am under a rock, I don't think I do. I am just curious as to why they offer such excellent service...does Disney compensate them? Do I and I don't know it yet?

I would think that like any other travel agent, Dreams Unlimited is compensated by Disney or whatever company they book your trip.
You do not pay Dreams Unlimited.
I have used them several times and I have always gotten great service, and great deals.

You do not pay them anything. I'm not sure how it all works but I assume they get commission from Disney on what they book. All the other stuff they do for you is to get and keep your business, and they do a great job. I know I'll never do it on my own again.
