Dreams Unlimited problems??

I have only seen good reviews of Dreams Unlimited on these boards, but I have been having difficulties with them the last few days.

I am trying to book a trip to Disneyland through them. Last Thursday I filled out for a quote and haven't heard back from them. Yesterday I emailed the reservations email and I again haven't heard back from them. Has anyone else had difficulties lately? Is there something big going on that they would be really busy?

I usually use Small World Vacations and LOVE my TA, but they are only able to book through certain hotels in DL, so I can't use them this time.

I have also read great things about DU on these boards, but seemed to have problems with getting a vacation quote. I have tried to get a quote twice, and the first time it took 3 weeks and several emails before I rec'd a response. And then the quoted price was much higher than I could get from my AAA TA. The second time.....I never did receive a response. Who knows, maybe I'm just unluckey??? They kept telling me to check my emails, but I have never has a problem with receiving emails in the past.....nor did I have a problem receiving their quote (after having to contact them twice).

I can appreciate the input from many OP who seem to work directly with the same TA from DU and have had great success.......maybe will try again in the future, but for now will just book my own trip.
