You are in for a treat! Disney does an awesome job with its cruises!
I will put you on the list of cruisers in my first post right away. Unfortunately the FE list was closed on Jan. 15. But maybe there will be some more latecomers and you can start your own FE exchange.
There is a meet on Embarkation Day at the Vista Cafe (just above from where you will enter the ship) at 3pm.

Welcome to our group! Although you are too late for the FE that Karin organized, if you give me your cabin number I would be happy to drop off an FE gift for your family. And if more people come late you could put together your own small FE exchange. On my first cruise I missed the FE deadline because I hadn't heard about FEs or the disboards in time. I wish I had put in the effort to see if there were other latecomers who might have wanted to do a small FE.

Has anyone in our group worked with Magical Vacation Designs on etsy before? I ordered and paid for my fish extender a while ago but haven't been given a date for her finishing and mailing it to me. Since there are less than 3 weeks until we leave for vacation, I sent her an email earlier this week but haven't gotten any response. Should I be worried?

I have no experience with them - I make my own FE, but I would try to get a hold of her. Nothing worse than having to come up with something last minute and since you have already paid for it, she should at least give you a time, on when she thinks she can send it out to you.

I just sent DH this...Inspired by Kevin Chesney's song which I haven't been able to get out of my head since yesterday...

...I've been up to my neck workin’ 6 days a week, wearin’ holes into the shoes on my feet. Been dreamin’ of getting’ away since I don't know…Ain’t no better time than now for a Disney Cruise!!!

No shoes, no shirt, no problems…Blues what blues…hey I forgot them. The sun and the sand and a Konk Kooler drink in my hand with no bottom …And no shoes, no shirt, and no problems!

Want a DCL towel on a chair in the sand at Castaway Cay, Want to look thru my shades and see you there with me. Want to soak up life for a while…In laid back mode, No boss, no polite, no stress, no dress code. (Except for Remy Dinner)
