Menu changes coming to Harambe Market @ Animal Kingdom

It’s sad because I like trying different menu items, however having friends in the restaurant business, I get it. My friend said his patrons get upset if he removes their favorite dish from his menu, however he said if it doesn’t sell well, then he loses money and has to throw a lot of food away. And most restaurant owners operate on a very low profit margin as it is, so they need to make money on every dish and even more on drinks!

And Disney restaurants are not a big pot, they are all profit centers and menus change each year in order to reach maximum profit. I guarantee the burger/chicken spot is a huge profit maker, it's always PACKED. It will be interesting to see how it all pans out AFTER Tropical Americas opens.
