Howdy Neighbor!!

Ok, I am in a much calmer mood now, I have MIL proofed, the kitchen,den,DD's room, guest bath and family room. Now for my room and the office ( have to put all of our mail in the safe as she will snoop thru the banking and bills ) Once that is done I will have tomorrow to pack and get all the girly stuff done, you know all that stuff we do to HIDE WHAT WE REALLY LOOK LIKE....Here is my sad little list

1. Hair cut, colored, highlighted
2. manicure and pedicure/ nail fill in/ white tips
3. Eyebrows shaped
4. shave, exfoliate then spray tan

and of course then there is the GIRDLE, makeup, jewlery,hair products....etc..... I'm suprised DH reconizes me in the morning when the REAL me smiles back at him.............

Well off to MIL proof and spend some time with DD before she's off to bed!

Actually, I think he's just having fun with a beautiful woman!!! & I'm sure your beautiful without all the makup etc!!!

I survived DH's Reunion Weekend

Hello everyone, Dh and I got home from his reunion late last night and I must say I had a BLAST!!! By the end of the first night meet and greet poolside, I was lounging on a deck chair in my P.J.'s sipping a vodka and cranberry laughing with all of the other reunion "widows". DH and I had such a good time dancing and goofing around, I should warn you now that my DH is a RIOT, a non'drinker who acts like he's had a few and has NO INHIBITIONS when it comes to being the life of the party and goofy-ing it up. I didn't have to do the bathing suit thing and although I do think I was the heaviest woman there, everyone seemed so nice and complimentary. I always knew my DH had good taste when it came to friends LOL!! I'm glad I had the chance to "do" the beach/pool thing because now I know which outfits will work, you know you plan to wear something then once their you find out the one thing you thought you wouldn't wear was what you wore MOST!!

I'll be spending the rest of the morning working on our cruise T and T stuff, I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Moonie checking in here. Glad things went well with the MIL and reunion! I also have to get my pedicure done, but I wax/shave/eyebrow myself. Maybe that's TMI!

Good Morning Everyone!!

My DH just informed me that my MIL will be staying at our house during our weekend away this week, so that she can watch our pets,(usaully my DM just takes the dog to her house and my neighbor watches over the cat but she's out of town) ANWAY.............so what right.........NOT!!! MIL is an "interesting" lady and about as nosey and hard to please as they come, afterall NO ONE is good enough for her baby boy, (SHE SHARED THAT WITH ME ON OUR WEDDING DAY) so on top of EVERYTHING ELSE now I have to MIL proof my home and make sure it is "Practically Perfect in Every Way" COME ON PEOPLE GIVE THE GIRL A BREAK:lmao:

ok, So I have no idea what this has to do with my TRIP REPORT or why I am airing my BUT, it's my TRIPPIE, so you'll just have to ride the waves with me till I get to the GOOD PART

Hi, just started reading and had to comment on this one. My MIL and FIL had once said to my then boyfriend- I hope you're not shacking up with THAT GIRL- now after almost 20 years together and 15 years married- my MIL gave me the nicest compliment just recently -about being the best thing that ever happen to her son( only child) and the best mother to her only grandson- although I still think she blames me for missing his birth- DS was born 6 weeks early- long story short-went into labor and dr stopped contractions- she and FIL left on vacation to Branson,MO after I promised every thing would be ok- next morning water broke and DS was born

The chief wants me to take some time off before going back to work, but I'm actually thinking of heading down to the VA hospital to check out the nursing jobs there.

I wandered around Castaway Cay in a bathing suit with no cover up. I didn't feel like anyone stared, except for a couple of women who just had to know where I bought my Mickey suit from. (www.disneyshopping.com)

Hello, It's Mc DREAMY HERE

I have been soo busy, and our AIR BROKE AHHH!!! It's like 90 degrees in my house, they are coming to fix it today

I have finished the agenda's and T and T signs, my doorsigns are printed and wait till you see how I goofed up our LIME GREEN DIS shirts, so NOW I know I am not an iron on goo-ru

I used DD's first, let's just say its an IRON on, on top of an IRON on, ON TOP of an IRON ON and finally finished using a silver sharpie...OK, so you won't be able to MISS HER on embarkment day

Thankfully I learned and DH and I's aren't that bad, on the back it reads
