Dream vs Magic...concierge? with an infant?

We are trying to decide between 4 nights on Dream versus Magic. First cruise for 8yo son and (at least) 6 month old daughter...either Nov 2017 or Jan 2018.

Thoughts on one ship versus other?

Also...I'm really considering concierge for quiet place to regroup, help with (hopefully) getting a cabana and ease of boarding. Mainly because I'm overwhelmed with idea of juggling infant & autistic son. Thoughts on concierge on either ship???

Any suggestions for travel with infant??

The concierge are really good at communicating with kids, for you, having a decent reason for booking a cabana, which is one of the reasons you are considering booking concierge, so I would say finically if you can do, go for it.

We love concierge and both ships are great.

the Dream lounge seems a bit larger than the Magic and we have found that if you get a room right across the hall from the lounge...........our baby monitor still worked inside the lounge. This let us enjoy some quite lounge time while our DD took a nap during the day or when to bed at her normal time in the evening.

If you are bottle feeding they are super helpful with washing the bottles and warming them as well. It for sure makes travel with little ones a little easier. We preferred the magic to the dream but you will have many people who preferred the dream, personal preference. We always cruise in January but may be cooler than november. The concierge hosts on the magic are our favourite although they are all amazing.

We loved Julia on the Magic but heard she is no longer with DCL but Michelle has been great as well. Danny and Tracey are our favorite on the Dream.

Really?!?! She's the kids all time favourite. Like she's not working for Disney anymore. So sad
