Dream surprise DISign

I am planning on creating a puzzle for my boys that when they put it together it would reveal our surprise Dream cruise in September. Now that I have an idea on how I want to surprise them, I just need a great design. I would greatly appreciate any help from all of the wonderful creative minds on the DIS. My boys names are Zachary, A.J., Xander, and Chase. Thanks in advance for any help. It is greatly appreciated!

We are going on the Dream in November and I'm trying to plan away to tell my DS7 once we get to the airport. What a neat idea! I know you will get a wonderful design from someone. Have a great trip.

I hope it works out. I want to send the boys on a scavenger hunt to find all the puzzle pieces and then have them put it together to reveal the surprise. I would like to surprise them on their last day of school, but I have a bit of time since they don't finish until mid June due to all of their snow days this year.
