Dream - snack locations that charge

Which snack outlets charge extra on the Dream? Kids are getting charge-to-room rights on their cards and I want to be super clear with them which places are the ones they would have to pay. The DCL pages for Vanellope's and Preludes say "additional fees apply," but Frozone Treats doesn't even know the photo they use shows a menu with prices. Are Flo's Cafe and Eye Scream Treats also no-charge? Thanks!

Flo's and Eye Scream are free. Anything that has an additional charge will require them to sign a receipt so just make sure they know you will see all the charges.

It's probably easier to say the types of things that have a charge rather than the locations.

- Alcohol
- Soda from a bar
- Bottled water
- Popcorn
- Smoothies
- Packaged candies or chips, but not Uncrustables ordered from room service
- Anything labeled "artisan" or "signature" or "specialty"

Vanellope's, Preludes, and Frozone charge for food. Flo's and Eye Scream do not have charges for food.

In addition to these, Vista Cafe charges for beverages but not for food.

As noted above, if you need to scan your Key to the World card when you order, there will be a charge.

Thank you! All very helpful. This is the first time they're getting any privileges like this, so trying to think of all the rules I need to lay down ahead of time. So far it's "you get one treat a day and make sure it's something you can finish" and "don't buy anything for kids you just met."
