Morning you lovely lot.

Right, lets get down to the important business! The free aperitif with the Dream passes! (I understand they aren't alcoholic...boo..but still!!!)

So, these are the table service restaurants we're going to next week, and my current understanding on whether waving our annual passes (obviously not, that would be rude!) at the start of our meals will result in a free drink, or a dodgy look! Which of the following, if any, offer the free aperitif?

Planet Hollywood - No?
Cafe des Cascadeus (if open!) - ?
King Ludwigs - ?
Cafe Mickey - YES
Annettes - ?

Thanks all!

I got one last year at Blue Lagoon and Cafe Mickey - did not try the other restaurants so not sure about them. I just showed my AP when sitting down and asked for the free drink.

They were very yummy, a mixed fruit juice cocktail:goodvibes

Thanks! I can change my Cafe Mickey to a definite yes then! lol

Planet Hollywood - **no, it's a different franchise and have only just started giving the AP discount**
Cafe des Cascadeus (if open!) - **not sure, it's never open for us :-/**
King Ludwigs - **same as Planet Hollywood**
Cafe Mickey - YES
Annettes - **No, always been part of the meal plan and gives an AP discount, but not actually a "Disney" restaurant therefor no aperitif**

Hope this helps. You will also get at least an orange juice in the Sequoia, NPB, HNY and the DLH. Walts give it to you in a large cocktail glass, as do Blue Lagoon :)

Ah no way!! lol Looks like we'll be lucky to get one drink!! lol

We WERE going to eat in Beaver Creek in the Sequoia but it's closed....... Oh well, more Disney restaurants need to be targeted in October! lol

Thank you!

Not at the hotels if its a buffet , not even in inventions with their prices!

we ate at the buffet at HNY in December, we were offered the free drink but declined it ... so it was available then, but maybe things have changed?

We went new years eve and came back the first week in January. It does state in the terms its table service restaurants only.

Well I'm a wally! With only one restaurant we could really get the aperitif (Cafe Mickey) as part of our itinerary, we were so swept up in the pixie dust of the week, we forgot to ask for one!!! lol :lmao:

We were offered the free drink in HNY in December as well, the castmember took my dreampass with him to the register, and then came back, feeling very bad, saying the offer had expired and he didn't know about it, so no free drink at HNY.
