Dream: May 22, 2011

we're sailing with you on the 22nd!!! #7106...with dh and ds...hope to meet you

Well, not a single brunch ressie available:confused3, but I could have had my pick of times every day for Palo in the evening. Oh well, guess I'll try to get the brunch booked when we get onboard. If we don't get it, it's no big deal.

Hey Kris,
We were able to get the brunch for 10:30. Got in right at 12:01am. I'm sure you'll get it onboard. We could always try to add 2 more to our ressie as well.

Also booked Remy on CC day, but could only book 4 people at a time so we have 2 times, 20 min apart, 3 people each.
We could only get Aquaventure for Mark's cabin (he's the only silver member)so we will try at 75 days for our cabin. We booked Comfort suites as a back up for that.

Oh yea! since we couldn't book anything for our cabin yet, we booked a pedicure for Ironman!! I'm sure he'll be thrilled! :lmao:

We weren't able to do online check-in for some reason. Has anyone had problems with this?

We got lucky, I guess, because we got everything we wanted (pretty much), but we did have some things that threw me off. First was that our Palo Brunch required the party to be 5-6 people. Has that always been the case? Second was regarding the kayaking excursion. When we went cruising in the past I thought there were morning and afternoon slots. This time there was only one. Then again, maybe I'm not remembering correctly.

All-in-all, we're all set. Remy, Palo, Palo Brunch, and an excursion. Staying up for 12:01 was totally worth it. :cool1:

Depending on whether the rest of our group wants to go to brunch as a group, if anyone wants our reservation if we cancel (11:30 on Sea Day), let me know.

Ryan

I was having trouble accessing the Palo page, and didn't get into it until 12:03, so there must have been a bunch of people making those ressies.
But I'm glad you guys got in. You should really enjoy it. We'll be in line at on-board booking when they open up, and should be able to get something then. Thanks for the offers:goodvibes

I did complete the check in process this morning, as it wouldn't let me do it last night(I tried till about 12:40am), so that's all done. Now, the "real" waiting begins.:woohoo:

What time did everyone get for "check in time"? the earliest available for us was 10:30-11:00, so that's what we took.

ARISTEA and family: Welcome to the cruise. Hope to get to meet you also.

Doh! You guys got the last Palo brunch ressies :rotfl: I as on at 12:01 and no luck for me, I'll try onboard as well :thumbsup2

Online check-in would not work for me last night - I stayed up until almost 1 a.m. trying!! I had no trouble this morning, however, and was able to snag a 10:30 a.m. port arrival time. We just might get there a little before that though :rolleyes1

You can wait in line with me onboard for that Brunch reservation. I'm wondering if all the reservations for 2 got taken up by the Platinum & Gold members, leaving only room for groups of 4 or more for the initial booking period.
When I checked a little bit ago, there were still plenty of evening reservations for Palo available.

We'll probably be there with you at getting to port before the 10:30 time. Hopeing to get the first shuttle from CI&S.

Hooray all checked in on line now printed off signature sheet to take on board!
Now the waiting!!
I was not able to get a Palo Brunch either so will join the queue, did manage to get an early port arrival though of 10.30-11 so that suits me fine. We have a private transfer from Universal RPR
Plenty of Palo Dinners but we have a 10 yr old and although we do have a wedding anniversary whilst on board didn't think it was fair to exclude him while we have a luxury dinner LOL

Sounds like a plan! I'd really love to try Palo for brunch, because we want to try all three restaurants plus our boys would kill us if we skipped Pirate Night! pirate:
