Dream: May 22, 2011

We once had a 91 accord.......samething , CV joint went on it also.
I bought it for a "song & a dance" also. It had a non actual mile title. So I called the people who traded it in on a new one. The little old lady told me , that we had to be trueful. So I ask what do you mean, she said we use to motor home RV alot now we are too old to do so and we would pull the car in back of the motor home on a front wheel pull dolley. That is why it was titled non actual miles, she said it had more miles on it than it read. Little did she know that it being front wheel drive and up on the dolley while pulled all those extra miles went only on the back tires of which there where new one on the car when i bought it. A great little car, with non-actual miles.

OH MY LORD I Loved my 91 accord! I loved it right up to the minute it died a horrible death by Moose On the road between Mammoth Hotsprings and Gardiner MT when I worked in Yellowstone!

You lucky girl ....you been to places I always want to go.

Lol Yellowstone is 4 hours away from where I live, and Glacier is just over two hours north of me! As much as I hate the work availibility in MT, I keep getting sucked back into the state because of how beautiful, peacful, and FUN it is!

Yep. I have a question? How do I find the threads that I post, the fast why? There has to be an easier way and faster way.

LMAO yeah I just "lurve" my truck. No it is not my first one either. I still HAVE my first one! It is a 69 3/4 ton Chevy with an international school bus motor in it! THAT was a sweet truck, and someday, somehow, I want to do a total body-off restoration!
I am so not digging my truck right now..... we have 6 inches of snow on the ground right now. Wet. HEAVY. SNOW. I also have a 18 year old cousin, who has a propensity to leave her headlights on. OF COURSE her little Grand Am has the battery on the drivers side, close to the house.... I had to DRIVE ACROSS THE YARD through the snow, to jump her car! Normally, this wouldnt be a problem, however I had to sneak my truck through between a tree and a lilac bush. Freakin got stuck. Only took me 15 minutes to shovel myself out (did my cousin HELP? oh noooo! she stood there WATCHING me shovel.....) once I got moving, I came the heck home! ARGHHHH Is it May yet?

MTmomma: You have had a really bad time of it this winter:sad2: I feel for you. I'll bet you were steamed with your cousin watching you shovel that snow. You should have handed her the shovel and let her have a go at it.
You are going to soooooooo need this vacation, and you deserve it. Just remember the "groundhog" said we are having an early spring this year, and my boss informed us that he saw a robin in a tree at his house on Saturday.

Thanks for the info. I found the easy way to get to my post. I can't wait to pay off my cruise. How many days until the Dream? Too Many!!!!!!:scared1::scared1::scared1:

we see robins here all the time. we actually have a lot of birds that come here, i have a feeder in the yard so does my dad, which lives next door. i cant wait til spring to see flowers blooming. the easter flowers are coming up already. the tulip trees are also begining bloom. :flower3:

Melmathis: We don't see robins from mid fall until early spring. During the winter we only see Blue Jays, cardinals and chickadees. Then as it warms up, a whole slew of "summer" birds start showing up.......sparrows, robins, grackles, purple finches, wild canaries, and so on, we even have a couple of pleated woodpeckers (think woody woodpecker character)...... You know spring is not too far off when the robins start to appear though. No sign of spring bulbs popping up yet. It's actually snowing pretty hard outside right now. We are supposed to get anywhere from 1 to 4 inches tonight. But it isn't any where near as bad as what MTMomma is/has been experiencing.

I didn't hand her the shovel, because I knew it would have taken twice as long, AND I still would have had to finish the half-blankety blank job anyway. I was ticked off enough that I didnt even bother to grab "aftermath" pics of the yard! Had the snow ben the dry light fluffy powder it would have been okay... but the second that wet heavy stuff compacts, its a sheet of ice!
Oh well, thinking back, it WAS pretty funny. Had I needed the tow truck though, I would have been crying! LOL Thank god for first gear and 4 low!
