I would LOVE to do this! I have never done this before so not sure how it works though....:cool1:

Hi All,

Glad to see some new names added to our cruise and sad that TinkerbelleRN won't be able to join us. I have updated the list in post #85.

We have a change in one of our cruise plans too. My hubby canceled our March cruise on the Wonder. :sad1: Finances dictated that move. Then, the next day he got a new job offer within his company that has quite a bit of overtime. He is pretty sure he will take it. (A lateral move for him).

So, with the overtime we may be able to add a 2nd cruise for next year after all. We are thinking of either Carnival or RCL for a cruise the week before this one. We have never been to Nassau so we are thinking of taking another cruise line to Nassau so that when we go on the Dream, we can just stay on the ship.:upsidedow

we keep adding people!!!! my sil(pregnant one) is expecting TWINS!!! still planning on cruising, should be interesting:laughing:

Wow twins! I can't even imagine! Congrats!

I haven't read anything other than this page, but I wanted to say hi! I booked last fall for this cruise but haven't posted yet. We just got back from the 11day Med cruise in Aug and had the most wonderful time. I still haven't sorted through all the pictures because we arrived home the same day school started and it has been a little crazy.:scared1:

We will be a group of 11. My parents & sister and both our dh's and 5 kids. girls 5,7,13 and boys 9&11. My family & sister's family are in adjoining inside staterooms and my parents have an outside stateroom just around the corner. I think we're deck 9 - maybe 8 - I'll have to look it up.

We are in for FE's - they are a lot of fun. Is there a name for this group? We've been calling it "Our Dream Double Dip" DD13 is very excited about the 2 stops at Castaway Cay. It will be a lot of fun and it will be nice to just relax rather than getting up early to go on tours every day like we did in the Med - but I just loved that too!

I think FE sounds fun. There wasnt many of us on the last cruise, so nobody bothered. I think from the looks of this one, its gonna be busy!!!!

Updated our information (lwilliam) on post #94, page 7
We did the FE on the previous cruise (with some of this gang) and it was so much fun! I had my FE made by one of the great people travelling with us...can't wait to use it again.

Hi everyone- just checkin to see if anyone is posting yet-I noticed on our list that my ds is listed as 3 years old-actually he's 13. (I wish he was still 3- these teenage years are crazy!) So whenever it can be updated-that would be great! Seems like a few other teenage boys and girls too!
I'm interested in the FE too-it's looking like a pretty big group! :cool1:

Updated your ds's age. We have 8 13 year old's on this roll call.

This looks like fun, I am about to go check the link about how it works! Do you need a coordinator for it? So excited to be on our first Disney Cruise, the kids are going nuts! We are on Deck 10, and have the late dinner seating. My kids will be in the tweens room, does anyone know if they let my 14 yo dd go in, even tho the age stops at 13? I would love for the two of them to stay together. My dd won't care, but ds is shy!

Hi all!

Checking back in - it's been awhile! Welcome to all of you who have joined us!

We've jumped back into school - ds15 is in the high school marching band so the entire familiy is living and breathing marching band through November. It is a family affair, I chaperone, dh video tapes for the directors and dd13 hauls equipment and takes pictures.

Our whole group is interested in fish extenders, too!

Hi everyone! Getting excited - almost under 200 days until we cruise again! Need to start thinking about FE gift ideas. Can't believe how many 13 yr olds we have.

We booked our next cruise this morning, July 2012 on Fantasy! Back to back 7 night cruises!!! Originally we had booked back to backs for 2011 on the Dream but decided that since the itineraries are the same we'd wait for Fantasy. We also booked a dummy cruise while on board this last summer. So we just moved 2 existing cruises to 2012. We will be category 6A on deck 10, back of the ship.

noahsmom, we are also on Deck 10, but we are on the other side of the ship. Can't wait :)
Our travel agent sent me these links the other day, after attending a meeting about the dream. I haven't checked them out yet, but wanted to share: it won't let me post the links, so i am getting creative lol

We are booked on this cruise, we have a guarenteed cabin so I don't know where we'll be yet. Its me and my dh and two ds, 6, 8 (at time of cruise). We're joining Noahsmom, and we'd like to be included in the FE.

Jottmom my ds is 8 as well it would be nice if the boys could get to know each other.
My DH and ds 16(at the time of the cruise) have decided to join us :yay:, they will be in a separate cabin. when I have the cabin numbers i will post them. I am not sure if they will want to do the FE but my cabin would like too.

It would be fun to get our boys together, my son is very outgoing. He feels he's made a great accomplishment if he 'makes a friend', which he does frequently. Its his first cruise, so everything will be new to him.

i would be nice for my ds to know someone on the cruise. this is his first cruise as well and he doesnt know what to expect

Merry Christmas cruise buddies!!! It's so exciting to see the Dream has set sail for Port Canaveral - it won't be long before we are walking the gangway! Noah asked last night if there was a ship at Castaway Cay on Christmas day. He said "it would be so cool be be on Castaway Cay bottom fishing on Christmas day - doing my favorite thing at my favorite place on my favorite day!"

Hope you all have a safe and magical holiday!
