Have you had any weird dreams that you can remember? Sometimes I wonder if my dreams have some meaning.

Last night I dreamed I was arguing with my boss over who sang a song. My boss (who is 61) looked like a young 60's pin-up girl with a platinum beehive and was standing on a ladder. The office manager was standing on the ground beside her agreeing with everything she said.

I have an awesome - and I mean awesome - dream book:

This is actually the 2nd one Ive had of this one. I let someone borrow the first one and they lost it. It had been out of print for years at that time. I scoured eBay until I found another one.

Its always SO dead on (when I remember to look stuff up)

OP - your dream: (I didnt look it up, so...) It sounds like you think your boss is a cross dressing power tripper.

ETA - Ohhhhh - the boss *IS* a woman. Then my dream interp. is totally off.

I frequently dream that I am back in the army and that the only way I can get out is to do this outrageous amount of paperwork in a very short amount of time, but each time I try to do it, something happens to the pile.

Or, I dream that I've failed to drop a class (and this is only about law school for some reason) that I intended to drop the first week of school only to find out that I have a final that day and no there's no way I can pass ADMINISTRATIVE LAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never have 'repetitive' dreams. Ive never had the same dream over and over.


You know what does happen to me a lot - if I dream about someone, and I usually can just -tell- by the dream, it is way more vivid and such - that person is thinking about me. I find out later. Hard to explain.

I often have dreams that I am back in high school with NO idea what class I am supposed to go to next or I show up at a class that I have been skipping and am totally unprepared.

I also had a weird and I mean WEIRD dream involving that weirdo "Chance" from that VH1 reality show...

Then I also have bizarre dreams that I am back with my ex-husband and am being forced to stay married to him or to get married to him.

I also have a dream occasionally where I'm in college and have forgotten a class all semester and it's too late to drop.

Seems to be a common theme.

I remember from a previous thread where so many people had the same school dream. I have it as well. Always college, always unprepared. I don't know where my classes are or when the exams are and I haven't been to class at all.

Other than that school dream, I have 2 other recurring dreams, that I have had for at least 20 years. One involves zombies and one involves vampires.

Did anyone give a theory on what is behind the school dream?

I remember looking it up on the internet and it signifies stress/anxiety, and feeling out of control about something in your life.

I just think it's so weird how everyone's subconscious generates the same sort of imagery for a feeling.

I remember once when I was looking up dream stuff that one person posted the exact same zombie scenarios that occur in my recurring dreams. I have no idea what that one means though.
