"Dream"ing of Spring Break - 3/13/2014

Hi Everyone! We just booked on the March 13th sailing on the Dream! We went on the Fantasy last year and LOVED it!! Needless to say, we are hooked! My mom and I are planning to travel with my three kiddos (Hayley will almost be 7, Colin will just have turned 5, and Sydney is 2). My husband is happy to have peace and quiet at home. LOL. Just booked Disney cruise (with a few days before at WDW). I'll be reading thru these posts to understand things a bit better. First Disney cruise for all of us: husband, son (8) and daughter (6). Looking for new friends so they'll go to the kids' club!

First off, you will LOVE the Disney cruise! We went on a 7 night cruise last year and are hooked! We are also planning to do a few days at the park beforehand too, so a three night for us is perfect for this trip.

We also have a six year old daughter! Her name is Hayley. We'll have to introduce our girls!

I was just looking at some ideas for the FE gifts, since this is all new to me. I'm also going to buy one (I'm not crafty). Any suggestions for good places online?

Those links are great-thanks for sharing! Just ordered our FE and browsed FE gifts. Getting excited! My Disney Cruise Reservation says we only have 62 more days until our cruise! We haven't told our kids yet. Thinking of doing a scavenger hunt a month before or so. Cruise veterans: How have you told your kids in the past?

I think I'm going to wait to tell my daughter the Saturday before the cruise. I'm thinking we'll have Mickey waffles, I'll make everyone's drinks in Disney Cruise Line glasses, and I'm trying to think of some other ideas or ways to surprise her!!

2. Do you want to set a maximum number of rooms and then divide into two groups?

3. Those that I have listed twice (Because you have two rooms), do you all plan to give two sets of gifts (one per room) or should we condense you to one family? Or on the same note, if you have two rooms, but I've only listed you once, do you want to be listed separately?

Sounds good to me. If we split the rooms into two groups I have 3 toddler gifts made already so if it'd not too much trouble can I be in that group?
