Dream Fast Passes!

We were at AK the morning of 11/21, and we sent DH, DS, and friends DH to EE to get fast passes for that, at then met up to go on KS. After we were done with that, my friend, her son, and I went up to Rafiki's Planet Watch. They were to call us when they were done. So, we're looking at the things up there, and I see Rafiki, Pocahontas and Jiminy Cricket up there and hop in Rafiki and Jimini Cricket's lines to get autographs for my son. My DH calls and said they were done, and went and got on again. They were also able to do Dinosaur and Primevil Whirl. I didn't quite understand HOW they did EE TWICE, but when we met up with them I saw they had Dream FP's! I had to explain to them what they were, the YOAMD's, etc. I was more excited about it than they were! LOL My DH gave up his oppotunity to do PW and Dinosaur again because my friends son wanted to go on them, and we were having a hard time convincing him to do some of the rides. So, my DH scored some points with me by being a nice guy. He also gave up the FP for Bug's Life because my friends son really liked that one.

I really wasn't expecting any of us to get anything...so this was an extra bonus to remember from an awesome trip!

A friend/coworker of mine went with her family the several days before Thanksgiving. She was telling me all about her trip this morning and said while waiting for EPCOT to open, a CM came up and was playing with her kids, then gave them fastpasses to use on any ride in the park. I was like " DREAM FASTPASSES?" She said "I guess so". She had no idea! I had told her about the disboards before her trip, but she didn't have time to check them out, she said. Her kids also were given free buttons for their first trip and magic moment certificates. We are going in less than 2 weeks and I hope we get so lucky.

We were there the week before Thanksgiving and won Dream Fastpasses TWICE and just missed out on a third time!! We were so excited.

The first was on Tues 11/13 at MGM just before entering Rock & Roller Coaster - around 9:30 AM.

The second was just after riding Expedition Everest (AK) Thurs 11/15 - again just after 9:30 AM.

The third was again exiting EE (Sun 11/18) but they only selected the first few to walk through the door into the picture viewing area. My friend took awhile to get out of the seat and we just missed it.

For what it's worth - as your train comes to a stop at EE there are 2 doors leading into the picture room. If the one on your left is closed, get in there FAST - it seems to be where they give the dream Fastpasses.

We were thrilled to win, but the parks were so quiet when we were there, that most of the rides weren't taking FPs those days! At MGM the only time it really helped was at Star Tours. Makes a nice souvenir though!!!!
