Kids can get away with almost anything, as long as they look nice. My son wore long khaki shorts and polo shirts last cruise and on Pirate night he wore jeans with a piratey looking t-shirt and he was turning16.

My nephew will love that, he's not a dress up kind of kid. Can adults were jeans or is it dressier?

I will be in panic mode monday after my brother leaves. I have to pack for Camp Fitch trip too as we get home sunday night after the cruise and it is monday morning!! What was I thinking?????

The only night i saw guys wearing jeans was on Pirate night. My husband hates to dress up but he does it and he looks so good when he does. He doesn't wear a jacket or tye so i guess it's semi casual or is that semi formal lol? Disney would never throw someone out if they weren't dressed up. Alot wear polo shirts and khakis.

What is Pirate night? Do you still eat at one of the restaurants? My husband caved in and got Khakis, a dress shirt and some polo's with imprinted designs. Maybe i'll get him a classic Polo also.

Couple of weeks left, can't wait!!!

...they did not know about this activity, and really want to join now. It is a family of 4 (DW, DH, and two boys (13, and 14). Please let me know if it is OK? I hope, we can do it, I would hate for them to miss this fun activity, now that they know about it

Long and short are acceptable. I wear both as long as you look nice Disney is fine with it.

Welcome aboard the Disney Dream April14,2011. On this cruise we will make many Magical memories and our Dreams will come true as we set sail for a wonderful time! I am posting some official and unofficial group meets. So you can get to know your fellow DisBoards friends.

Thursday-@3:00pm * Bon Voyage Lounge Deck 3 Portside of ship. Our first Official Meet and Greet! Just stop by to say Hello and introduce ourseves to one another.
Thursday -@4:30 pm Deck 11 Starboard side of ship by Luigis pizza. Lets all meet for our Sail away Party! Where we will say Bon Voyage to Port Canaveral.
Friday -@ 7:45 pm Deck 11 midship by the Mickey pool starboard side of ship or Mickey side. Pirate Deck Party begins! (This is a good one for young kids) Then @ 10:30 pm The Buccaneers Blast begins! This is a must see great time for the whole family!! Don't forget your Pirate costumes! ADULTS!! Let us continue the fun. Drop the kids off at their clubs and meet on Deck 4 Aft @ Evolutions for some grown up time.
Saturday- Welcome to Paradise!Lets all meet in the middle of Castaway Cay Family beach. For some Fun in the Sun. Is anyone getting HUNGRY? 11:30 am head on over to Cookies or Cookies 2 for some Disney style BBQ!
Saturday Night-@9:45 pm Please meet in the ships lobby or atrium in front of the Royal Palace. Prior to Till We Meet Again Celebration *For a Group Photo.
I posted as many meets as i could come up with. Even though our disney Dream cruise will come to a close remember we can all still keep in touch on the DisBoards and FB.don't forget when you get home to post your photos and trip reports to keep the Magic going and keep all of our Dreams alive.
