Hi everyone!
We're on this cruise as well. Would you please add us to the FE list?
I'm thrilled to find out about the FE and am going to order ours soon!
I loved all the adorable creative things people have made to give out in the FE's, that I saw on the FE gift photo thread. This will make the cruise even more magical for our family! How fun!

I'm getting ready to order the main component of my FE and it got me thinking...will there be a cutoff point so we know how many to put together? Mine come in lots of a dozen and I don't want to over or under order?

I was wondering the same thing! I'm hoping to handmake something possibly and am curious how long before we sail we'll close the list and know the exact amount.

This is our first time too. I'm really exctied. My dd-16 and I have been having a good time trying to decide what to do. I think we came up with a winner and want to make them before I change my mind again We must have had a dozen or so ideas so far.

This is our first time. Funny story though...last year on our first Disney cruise, we saw doors decorated with the magnets and the FE's and I thought, wow, these must be special passengers since DCL did all this for them! So excited we will be some of those "special passengers" in July!!

Also, we'd like to sign up one other cabin for the FE exchange.
It will be 3 adults, my parents are actually in one cabin and my brother in another, but I think they're going to have just ONE FE, with 3 pockets, so it'll just be on one door. I don't have the cabin #'s with me, so I will get back with those. Can someone please add them to the list? Thank you!

Does anyone here do the pin trading too? My kids are very interested, and we haven't done it yet, but I just ordered some pins and lanyards for the kids to start with! I guess they'll have to trade between the 2 of them until we go on the cruise!

You may want to have your brother set up a separate FE. For those like me who are doing a stateroom gift instead of individual ones, he may miss out and that would be no fun.

As for the pins, we have trader bag that we take to DL each trip so I'll pack that an hopefully we'll find some trading opportunities. Thanks for the reminder, that wasn't even on my packing list until now.

Okay, then I'm not sure who is adding names/rooms to the list, but can you be sure we have 3 rooms under my name.
One - me, DH, DD (5), DS (3)
Two - the grandparents (2 adults)
Three - one adult

also I would need everyone to start confirming that they are still doing the exchange and update me with cabin numbers as soon as they can. IF someone does not respond by the list closing date then I have to remove them.

does anyone need more info such as adult and children names?

the rules are what we want them to be as long as they are fair.

Thanks again for taking over the job of keeping up this thread - I am very appreciative. My family and I are still going to be doing the exchange. We don't have a cabin number as of yet since we are GTY. I will let you know what it is as soon as we get one. I think closing the list at least at one month out is a good idea. I am having to wait on final numbers to finish my gifts and I do need to order a few things online. Since this is my first time doing this, I have a question. Will we have a "dismeet" onboard? Not sure if this is the norm or not. Also, will there be a plan in place in case someone gets upgraded at the port and room numbers change? Pixie dust would be great for an upgrade! Sorry for all the questions, but I just want to get it right!

we might want to think about this. right now we have 23 cabins participating representing 46 adults and about 30 kids. do we want to have a cutoff? otherwise people might have a big expense and have to travel with a lot of FE gifts? I want to go to the main thread and update everyone but that could get a lot more people interested in doing this.

WOW!! That's a lot of folks - how fun will this be?!?! I think a cutoff is needed, or else it could get out of hand!
