Started with arrival on 12/25. Stayed at Hyatt MCO. You actually pass the hotel to get to baggage claim then backtrack. I was told baggage pickup and delivery to Dis was 8:30 - 11:30. 8:40 the bellman was at the door.
Check in at MCO for bus to port was quick and easy. One note - cruise check in is a small desk where the lines form for the buses on your left, not the big desk on your right.
Check in at port. Arrived at 11:30 for a 12:00 PAT. In line for 10 minutes. Process took 10 minutes and directly onto ship. Directly to Aquaduck. Twice. Weather was cool and windy otherwise we would have gone again and again. Cabanas for lunch. Explored the ship, played foosball and pingpong. Time for Castoff party.
Golden Mickey's Show. Hasn't changed since we were on the Wonder 8 years ago. Fun but least favorite of 3 shows.
Nassau Day. Family split up on excursions. Easy to find your group and follow off ship. Glass botom boat was OK. Some people brought bread crumbs for the fish. Fun to watch them attack the bread. Bring a roll from dinner the night before.
Villans Tonight show. My favorite. Funny, musical. Theme is Hades needs to be more evil.
CC day - 5K. Off the ship early. Started the run 5 minutes before the posted time. Cast member leading the run was great. He had a stick with 6 streamers on it. Waived it like a pom pon shouting encouragement. "I believe in you" "You can do it". Lot of fun. Warm and muggy. be sure to hydrate before running. Grab towels when getting off the ship. Not many towels once on the island.
No wi-fi on CC so have a time and place to meet if you leave family on the ship.
Rented floats and snorkeling equipment, just walked up. Plenty of stuff, didn't need to book ahead.
Believe show. Daughter believes in magic, Dad doesn't. Genie convinces him. Good show but I liked Villans better.
Dinners were good. Not a lot of choices but everyone found something they wanted.
Rode the Aquaduck 2 - 3 times every day. Worstlines were Nassau day afternoon. Maybe 25 minutes.
Disney should consider limiting softserve icecream to one per person per trip. I had more icecream in 3 days than the previous 3 months. Appearantly I have no self-control.
