We are hoping to book this cruise while we are onboard the Magic in August! It will just depend on work schedules and stuff like that.

If we are on board it will be our 8th Disney Cruise. 2 more to Platinum baby!

So I was just on the DCL site and it looks like they have changed the itinerary for this cruise...

Day 1 Port Canaveral
Day 2 Nassau
Day 3 At Sea
Day 4 Castaway Cay
Day 5 Castaway Cay
Day 6 Port Canaveral

Kind of bummed since we were looking forward to Christmas on Castaway Cay... Oh well being on the ship on christmas Day is the next best thing!

Originally, we re-booked while we were on board for the June 2012 cruise. After dh and I talked, we decided to change. So I just called and made the change to 12/23/2012

It will be myself, dh, dd (will be 10) and ds (will be 4).

Hi everyone! I just changed our Magic reservation over to the Dream Christmas cruise! We were on the Dream a few weeks ago and loved it!
Sailing with my DH and I will be our 2 boys (ages 9 and 8 by sail date).
I need to update my countdown ticker now. I wonder if there are any Christmas cruise tickers?

37 days until our Dream cruise (August 28), but the big thing is we'll be booking the Christmas cruise on Dream that same day. Something to look forward to for the entire year. It will be me, dw, and grandson, who will be 12 at the time. Good Lord, he'll be in the tween club the entire trip. He misses it by a month and a half on our upcoming Dream cruise, but he's always at the Oceaneer's Lab from day one, so it won't be much of a change for us.

Well, I just booked...... 2012 Bahamian Holiday Cruise - 12/23/12 (which happens to be my birthday )

Wow, this should be special for my family. This will be our first cruise. I like to do things big and, from what I have researched, this appears to be a good cruise to set the bar with.

On board will be my DW, my 2 DDs (almost age 5 // and 2 - at time of cruise), and my mother (who I am thrilled to include as she is a great grandmother).

My oldest DD is a huge Disney fan. We have taken her to WDW 3 times (small, but meaningful trips). I can't wait to give her this cruise experience. At the time of this sailing, she will be, well, much older/mature than she is now. I can't wait to sit down with her in about a year and explain to her what we are going to be doing. My youngest DD, not even 1 at the time of this writing, well....she will be much different when we set sail.

Let the wait/planning begin....good thing that is all part of the fun! See you guys in about a year and 1/3!

We booked the cruise while on Dream last week and can't wait. We were going to do a B2B, but decided to see if we can squeeze one in during the summer next year. Probably take our chances with good old hurricane season again...it worked out okay this last time. Nothing like rolling the dice...lol. If we do get one earlier, this cruise will be number 6 and my DW will finally get her "gold" status that she's been talking about since we started doing DCL four years ago.

Just booked for DW, DS (15) and me. This will be our 4th Disney cruise, 1st Christmas cruise. Parents will be coming on first cruise of any kind and my brother will be coming with wife and 4 year old. Can't wait This Christmas, they will be receiving onboard credits for use next year.

We will be there too. After all of the yearly family Christmas Drama, we decided to go to the Bahama's and skip Christmas with the extended family next year......
