If you click on the link in the post, and read the article including the study results. Both study results for nausea showed that using accupressure showed success above the control group. I have also heard good things about ginger pills, I will look into these for our next cruise, Thanksgiving 2007! I'm wondering about ginger tea? Will that work also? DD is not so good with swallowing pills, that is why the wrist bands work so well for her.
We have also used the patches (available by perscription only) that go behind your ear. They worked well for me, but they made my husband's throat and eyes very dry to the point of misery. DD was too young to use the patches.
