HOLY CRAP...we leave NEXT week!!!!!!! Have you started packing yet? I have stuff set aside, but Aaron thinks I'm crazy for packing so far in advanced. I love to pack!

I KNOW, only 10 days for us and tomorrow we'll be in the single digits!!!!! I haven't started packing yet, I am always so last minute about that. AHHH I can't wait!

Have you seen the Wilderness Lodge photo thread? I have been looking at that and OMG I cannot WAIT to get there!

WOO, single digits!!! I just get so excited that I just HAVE to start packing early. But inevitably, I always forget something. Hopefully, my super cool packing list will help thwart that.

Hey Kirsten! If you think the break will help Aaron then just switch the days. I have never used any touring plans so I can't help you there. We go the same time all the time so I know which days to do which parks. I haven't been in August so I can't help. Sorry.

Hey Lynn!! Yeah, I'm leaning that direction too. I'm just worried it's going to be super packed and then Aaron will be even more miserable at the parks. I just don't know what to expect in August.

Decisions, decisions. I think I'll go post on the theme parks board.

I was able to get a pin code for the Ticketmaster discount for Universal tickets! I wound up getting two 1 day-2 park tickets for a total of $140. Had I bought them on Universal's website, it would've cost $195. So...I saved a whopping $55 on our tickets!! How could I pass that deal up? Even better -- I was able to print them off in my office so we're all set!

We are leaving for WDW in TEN DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, now that that's out of my system...I need to decide which purse I want to carry in the parks. Here are my two options:

Option #1 - VB Tote
It's big, will hold miscelleneous items (including ponchos, spray fan, etc...). However, it doesn't have a zipper and I'm worried my stuff could fall out.

Option #2 - VB Betsy Bag
It's big enough, won't hold ponchos or other items though. It does have a zipper though.

What do you guys think? I thought about bringing both, just in case. But then I thought, do I really need to bring two purses?? Oh, the dilemma!

Ohhh boy, Vera Bradley again. I love the tote but would be afraid to use it in the parks just because I prefer to have a zipper. Speaking of VB...I had my mailbag already to use but then I got another gift card and ended up buying a new hipster! I am OBSESSED...it's really bad.

I was watching this segment on the Today Show and they did a study w/ kids who could recognize Louis Vuitton, Chanel and all these other high end brands. CRAZY!!!

I getting SO excited!! Not only do we have 8 days left until our trip, but I'm going to see Keith Urban tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He's playing at the Indiana State Fair, so we're going to checkout the fair...eat some yummy, greasy corn dogs, look at the animals, eat more corn dogs and see the concert. I can't wait!!!!!

Onto some trip related stuff...I really need to make a to-do list, since we only have about a week left and I still have a lot to do.

To-Buy

• Ponchos
• Travel size hand sanitizer
• Hair pins
• Travel size bar of soap
• Cliff Bars -- I'll throw them in my suitcase.
• Frizz-Ease or something to help calm my crazy hair in the Florida heat -- I really don't want to look like this:

• Don't stress about weather, and possible tropical storms
• Don't stress about possible crowds, heat, etc...
• Clean the house
• Get office, email, etc... organized
• Get suitcases out
• Organize clothes, shoes, etc.. that we want to take
• Pack
• Get cat stuff ready and organized for my mom -- she's watching our kitties for the week
• Catch up on laundry
• Confirm ADRs
• Confirm hotel reservations
• Confirm car rental
• Organize pins and lanyard
• Finalize transportation to and from IND airport
• Go through travel folder and ensure all docs are there, if not, print out missing items
• Make sure tickets are with all other travel documents -- DO NOT LOSE!!
• Get addresses to send postcards to family and friends -- mainly my nephews, nieces and friends kids
• Get change for tolls

The State Fair was a BLAST!!! Funny you mentioned the chocolate covered bacon. Aaron actually tried some! It was so GROSS and really cold. He didn't even finish it. I took some pics, and I'll have to post some when I get home from work. Seriously, so gross! However, the deep-fried brownies were amazing. My friend tried some deep fried Pepsi and loved it.

Haha, isn't that a great episode? I miss Friends. Although really, the reruns are on like 3 times a day here so it's like it never went off.

I'm officially starting to freak out a little bit. While I know I wasn't exactly a genius planning a trip during hurricane season, I never really thought much of it. After all, who cares about silly hurricanes -- I'm going to Disney World! Well...Tropical Storm Bill has turned into a hurricane and I'm STRESSED! I'm already one of those people who worries WAY more than they should, but now I'm REALLY freaked out. I checked out the projected path on the National Weather Service website and it does look promising for us:

I'm sending out all the good weather vibes I possible can. I just hope it stays out to sea and fades out. I'm actually not so worried about being down there for the rain. I'm far more FREAKED out flying down there on Sunday. I'm not really an easy flyer anyway so add this to the mix and I'm officially SPAZZING out.

Please help calm my craziness!!

I hope it doesn't mess up your flight either! Hopefully everything will be OK when we leave on Thursday but ever since our flight was cancelled a couple years ago I know I'll be holding my breath every time they make an announcement at the airport. Crossing my fingers for the both of us!
