DP and Planet Hollywood

Is DDP considered a discount/promotion or offer? I still need to know if you can use the $15 voucher with DDP.

What about the kids meals? I have looked at all ears and wdwinfo and neither have kids appy's or desserts...I also looked on the Planet Hollywood website menu, does this mean the kids can order from the adult menu for those(dessert and appy) or do they just not get one? Thanks
