Dowtown Disney Area PhotoPass Studio?

I know there is a PhotoPass studio in DTD. I think it's mainly used for post-BBB photos. But I have heard that you can drop in and have family portraits taken on your PhotoPass account. Has anyone done this? Since it is a PhotoPass location, would these be included in Memory Maker? Getting a few family portraits taken while we're on vacation would definitely be an added value for MM.

The studio is located in the same building as Guest Services, they have a classic blue background. The photos are added onto the MM accounts so it make for some great casual photos. On the plus side there is a bathroom around there so you can freshen up! *Photo is my LO walking for the first time at 13m.

Great to know!! Do they only take one shot or could you do multiples?

They took a bunch, even some with mom and dad too.

We did this with our son when he was little and we had pre bought the CD. So, we were having photos taken everywhere. When we found that spot at Downtown Disney, we hit the jackpot. Got lots of studio quality photos of him and the whole family and just Mom and Dad too. It helped that there was no line at all, so we could just hang around and have our photo shoot.
